Last week the quarter-finalists for the 2014 Academy Nicholl Fellowhips in Screenwriting was announced; my sci-fi feature script “Proxima” is among them!
According to the Academy’s (of Oscar fame) numbers, 379 scripts of the 7,511 total entries made the quarterfinal list. This is a long way from making the finalist list but, even if “Proxima” is script 379, I am excited and proud to be recognized among such talented peers!
Still…here’s hoping I make it to the finals!
